"Here we are ! After 50 practices, 61 hours of running, 750 kms ran and 53000 calories burnt since january 1st, it's time for the 2012 Paris marathon to start ! To be honest i'm not that impatient knowing, from my experience in NY, the pain i will have while running... But i'm excited and ready to fight !!! Since i started my preparation my goal is to break the 3h30 barrier. Hopefully it will work... Xavier Moreau who was my physical coach all my carrier and again for the NY marathon accepted again to make my practice for this new challenge so a big thanks to him ! He will be running with me on sunday... I will let you know how it went but you can follow on internet... Look for number 1573 ;-)" Amélie

Charlène was unfortunately forced to withdraw before her 2nd round in Portimao because of an inflammation in the hand which prevents her from playing her backhand normally. Such a shame. Have a good recovery.
